The 1.71 miles of track is located in an office, warehouse and dock facility at 317 W. Lake St. in Northlake,
IL. The track connects with UP Global 2 Intermodal yard near milepost 3.0. The company is owned by Centerpoint Properties, L.L.C. (Centerpoint), and leased to The Custom Companies, Inc. (previously Custom Cartage, Inc.).
