The Shortlines of Chicago Historical Society covers shortline and
industrial railroads in the Chicagoland area.
The Chicagoland area is defined as:
Illinois
counties: McHenry, Lake, Cook, DuPage,
Kane, Kendall, Grundy, Will, Kankakee.
Indiana
counties: Lake, Porter

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to all people who are interested in
shortline or industrial railroads in the Chicagoland area. This
includes railfans, model railroaders, shortline railroads and companies
that have their own railroad
Membership policy: The membership information and list is the property
of the society.
All information is kept confidential. The membership list will
NOT be sold, or given to any other organization or
business.
Only paid members will receive a newsletter.

U.S. $20.00 per year. Outside of U.S. $26.00 per year.
